Sergey Levteev was born in Primorsky Krai, RSFSR, into a military family. At the age of 15 he moved with his family to Minsk, Belorussian SSR.
Since 1997, he worked at the G. K. Ordzhonikidze Electronic Computer Plant as a computer technician. Since 1997, he worked at the Ordzhonikidze Electronic Computer Plant as a computer technician.
From 1985 to 1989 he worked in Finland in the field of promotion of Soviet computer equipment on the Scandinavian market. After that, he held the position of Deputy Director General of BelNPOVT.
Since 1993 he has been the head of International Business Alliance CJSC (IBA Minsk).
Since 2005 he has been the Chairman of the Board of IBA Group. In the same year, the head office of IBA Group was moved from Minsk to Prague. Since then, Mr. Levteev has been a resident of the Czech Republic.
From 1998 to 2022 he opened more than 10 offices and development centers in different countries (USA, Czech Republic, Germany, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, South Africa, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Poland, Croatia, Georgia, Lithuania, Serbia).
In 2018, IBA Group joined the UN Global Compact network, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. Every year, IBA Group publishes reports on corporate social responsibility.
In 2023, announced that IBA Group is completely withdrawing from the Belarusian and Russian markets.
Married. Has 2 children.
Hunting. Lately he has been hunting crocodiles. The largest one was caught in Australia.
